A note on reading it: "success" is rarely simple. Each rating reflects a researcher's assessment against the campaign's own stated goals, and the "unable to measure" category is a finding in itself, many outcomes are genuinely hard to attribute to a single campaign. Treat the patterns as a guide to explore, not a scorecard.
